Scope
This policy explains how the BIT IT website operator processes information submitted by website visitors and technical data generated when the website is used.
Data we may process
- name, company and business sector;
- phone, email, Telegram handle or another contact;
- project description, current systems and voluntarily supplied materials;
- technical request and security log data, including IP address, device, browser, time and visited page.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to answer an enquiry, assess a project, prepare and perform an agreement, support a delivered solution, meet legal obligations, protect the Operator's rights and secure the website. Processing relies on consent, pre-contractual steps requested by the user, contract performance, legal duties or legitimate interests that do not override the user's rights.
Website form
The form prepares a request locally in the browser. Its content is not sent to the Operator until the user chooses to send it in Telegram. Telegram then also processes the message under its own terms and privacy rules.
Service providers and disclosure
The Operator does not sell personal data. A necessary subset may be shared with hosting, security, communication, accounting or project contractors subject to confidentiality duties. Authorities receive data only where legally required.
Retention and security
Data is retained only while a processing purpose or legal basis remains, including applicable record-keeping and limitation periods. Proportionate access, account, backup, update and incident-control measures are used, although no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Cookies and logs
As of this version, the website does not intentionally set first-party advertising cookies. Hosting infrastructure may create essential technical logs and use necessary technologies for page delivery, attack prevention and diagnostics.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent and challenge processing. The Operator may request reasonable identity verification before acting on a request.
Updates
The Operator may update this policy when the website, processing or law changes. A new version applies when published unless it states otherwise.
