Personal data processing consent
This separate consent covers only the information a user voluntarily supplies to discuss or deliver a BIT IT project.
Operator
Consent is given to the BIT IT website operator for the processing described in this document.
Data
Name, company, industry, contact details, task and current systems, correspondence, links and materials voluntarily supplied by the user.
Purposes
- responding to the enquiry;
- understanding the task and preparing a proposal;
- agreeing the scope of work;
- entering into and performing an agreement;
- protecting rights and preventing abuse.
Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, necessary disclosure to authorised contractors, restriction, anonymisation and deletion by automated or non-automated means.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent continues until its purposes are achieved, it is withdrawn or another legal ground ends. Withdrawal can be sent through the contact page or Telegram and does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Voluntary choice
Consent is specific, informed and unambiguous. Refusing required contact details may prevent a response but does not limit access to public website content.
